Our ambition at Direct Packaging Solutions is to deliver your items as soon as possible. It is important to us that your orders arrive conveniently and quickly. After all, we are a packaging company — our purpose is to make deliveries stress-free.
Just-in-time delivery: an independent, efficient service
The beauty of our Just-in-Time delivery service is that it is completely beholden to us. Meaning we do not have to rely on a third party courier for transportation and delivery.
We have our own fleet of delivery vehicles ready to dispatch from each of our sites. Having our own vehicles gives us complete control over delivery schedules. So we can be flexible, and deliver specially to meet your individual requirements.
Just-in-Time delivery: Maximum convenience for our customers
Sometimes there comes a need for an urgent delivery. In that case we a pleased to say that we can deliver timed deliveries if necessary. We can also deliver on the very same day in emergencies.
We take great pride in our Just-in-Time delivery service. It is of utmost importance to us that our customers are happy with the services we provide. We deliver throughout most the UK, excluding remote Highland areas and some islands. Supplying customers with products where they need them and when they need them. Delivery times, charges, and other information
Non-emergency deliveries take 2-3 working days, and usually arrive on a given day between 8am-6pm. You will receive a notification with a tracking number on dispatch, so you will be able to track your order.
Delivery is free of charge if a customer spends £75 or more. There is a small £6.95 fee for orders under the £75 amount.
Larger orders may arrive on a pallet. In such an instance, please make sure there is a safe means of access for the delivery. If you have any questions about readying a site for a pallet delivery, please Contact Us.
