Cardboard boxes are an excellent storage solution. Because they arrive flat packed to you, they can be stored away nicely, without taking up too much space until they’re ready to use. They’re everything a packaging item should be: versatile, unassuming, and affordable.

Cancellations

If your order still hasn’t been dispatched, we will cancel and refund your order in full. However, if you need to cancel an order that has already been dispatched then you will be charged a cancellation fee. Undeliverable Items

In the event that one of our couriers is unable to deliver your parcels and the goods are returned back to our warehouse, their will be re-delivery charge of £10.00 if you’d like us to re-attempt delivery.

Returns

If you have received an order and it’s not what you expected, then you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. You will then receive a refund (minus the delivery charge if applicable). Damages

If you receive a delivery and the goods are damaged, you have the option to refuse all or part of the delivery. If this happens please contact us on 0161 975 5360 or email us on customerservices@dpack.co.uk, once you have logged this we can either send a replacement out or offer a collection and refund.
