Delivery Times
Delivery from Direct Packaging Solutions will take 2-3 working days. Direct Packaging Solutions use reputable overnight couriers who will ensure delivery is between 8am-6pm. Once an order has been dispatched from one of our warehouses, you will receive a notification, which will include a unique tracking number allowing you to track your order through the shipping process.
Please Note: Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are NOT considered working days. In the event that we have sold out of an item you have ordered, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or expected delivery date once the item is back in stock.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £75.00. If you do not meet this spend, there will be a £6.95 charge on all orders under £75.00.
Delivery Information
Depending on the items and size of your order, your goods may arrive at their delivery address on a pallet OR in boxes delivered by hand. Please ensure a safe means of access for delivery of a pallet should your good arrive this way. If you wish to know how your goods will be delivered, get in touch and our professional team will help you.
Delivery Exclusion/Highlands & Islands
Direct Packaging Solutions’ deliver options are available for all UK addresses, except for the following postcodes/islands: HS, IV, AB, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, TR & Southern Ireland.
